My name is Holly Anez. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 2007. I practiced massage until 2014 when I decided to start a family and be a stay at home mom. I attended UW-River Falls for Exercise Science after attending Aveda and have been an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer since 2012.
I’m married and have three spectacular boys! Since having kids I’ve learned many avenues of wellness that go hand in hand with massage and fitness including Pilates. I’ve been practicing Pilates since February of 2016. Started my journey as a teacher in the fall of 2025! I look forward to sharing all my knowledge with you!
